  • Which Pick Up location?
    Collection from accommodation:
    The driver will pick you up from your accommodation at the appointed time and help you with your luggage.
    Pick up at the airport:
    After collecting your luggage and exiting into the airport concourse, go to your right until you reach the end of the corridor (50 meters +/-) until you find an advertising sign and a Deli&Cia restaurant.
  • What rates do you offer?
    Premium Economy Class, Business Class, First Class.
    Pick up with a welcome sign at the boarding gate.
    Waiting time will be 45 minutes after the plane lands; if the pick-up is at the hotel, it will be 15 minutes at the door.
    The collection times are set by you.
  • What is the advance booking deadline?
    The general booking deadline is 24 hours before the transfer begins.
  • How will I be informed about the status of my reservation?
    Once you have completed the booking process, you will receive confirmation from the company that your transfer is confirmed.
    If your transfer is not available, you will receive a cancellation confirmation.
  • How do I cancel my reservation?
    Cancellation conditions.
    In the event of cancellation up to 48 hours before the pick-up time, cancellation is free of charge. After that, 100% cancellation fees apply.
