1. Bookings
Transfer bookings made through our website are always processed at the local time (Porto Airport - OPO).
We only accept online reservations up to 24 hours before the desired transfer date.
For last-minute transfer reservations, please contact us directly by phone.
If it is necessary to prove that you booked the transfer, you will be asked for the reference mentioned in the confirmation reply.
When a reservation is made by telephone, the terms and conditions are the same and the customer must accept them.
If the booking includes two or more people, the person who buys it is responsible for all the others and accepts the terms and conditions on behalf of the other passengers.
2. Payments
Payments must always be made at the time of booking.
You can use our online payment system.
3. Luggage
Two packages per person are allowed.
Any extra or special luggage must be declared at the time of booking. If you book online, please fill in the “remarks” field under “optional details”.
4. Insurance and guarantees
Our company is insured for all insurance claims under Portuguese law through the Fidelidade company.
Passengers and their luggage are fully insured.
If, for any reason, we are unable to deliver passengers to the desired destination, we will provide replacement transportation (private car or cab).
We cannot be held responsible for delays, before or during the transfer, caused by external reasons (e.g. weather conditions and traffic).
5. Cancellation procedure
Reservations can be canceled and refunded up to 48 hours free of charge before the date on which the transfer is scheduled to begin.
To cancel a booking, send an e-mail to an e-mail address yet to be created, 48 hours before your trip.
Please indicate the booking reference number.
A 20% cancellation fee will be deducted from the total amount of the reservation if the reservation is canceled 24 hours before the service.
All cancellation requests must be confirmed in writing by the Company's Customer Service department in order to be considered valid for a refund.
If you do not show up for the transfer service (either airport-hotel or hotel-airport), you will not be refunded.
All refunds will be processed as soon as possible and will be credited via the original payment method and to the account used when making the Booking.
All commissions charged by banks, credit cards or any other financial service provider are strictly non-refundable.
